I am working with a well-established SME in the digital sector with a strong brand reputation in their specialised field. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Professional who will strengthen market position in the UK region by expanding strategic key accounts and acquiring new customers through business development.
In this role, you will take full ownership of revenue growth by developing strategic key accounts and acquiring new high-value clients. You will lead from the front, combining commercial excellence with a deep understanding of complex marketing and MarTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive revenue and sales strategy for high-value solutions.
- Build and expand strategic relationships with top-tier clients.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with strong growth potential.
- Deliver measurable business impact through value-based, consultative selling.
- Engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders, including marketing leaders and executives.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts.
- Identify, approach, and win new high-value clients.
- Translate customer needs into tailored, technical marketing solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
- Ideally from an agency environment (media, digital, or full-service) or from a SaaS provider in the MarTech/AdTech space. Experience in electrical or other ‘trade’ industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record of closing five-figure deals.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and customer value.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical solutions.
- A proactive, ambitious attitude paired with leadership readiness.
