About the Role
Sarah Mains are seeking an ambitious, personable, and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, generating and nurturing market appraisals, and supporting a fast‑paced sales environment. You will be front‑facing, proactive, and confident in educating customers on the full range of services available to them through the Sarah Mains group. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and professional individual who thrives in a target‑led environment and takes pride in building strong relationships while contributing to the overall success of Sarah Mains.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to buyers and sellers
- Carry out viewings and provide high‑quality feedback
- Generate and nurture market appraisal opportunities
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Proactively follow up enquiries and maintain strong applicant pipelines
- Represent the Sarah Mains brand professionally at all times
- Promote additional services including conveyancing, financial services and lettings
- Keep accurate and up to date property and client records
Essential Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
- A minimum of two years Estate Agency sales or lettings experience
- Organised and proactive
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional with a customer‑focused approach
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high‑volume environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
