Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator - £14.74 PAYE £19.70 Umbrella – Birmingham – 6 months

Working within a large blue chip organisation, this role is to review and co-ordinate activities, communicate progress to clients, and schedule meetings as appropriate within a HR/Recruitment department.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Offer letters
  • Onboarding
  • Managing the onboarding experience for new starters
  • Data entry
  • Providing compensation proposals for internal offers
  • Producing internal offer paperwork
  • Managing the filing and storage of documentation
  • Following up on activities required by third party vendors

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent operational customer service focus
  • Shared services, analysis and data skills
  • Experience in administrative/co-ordination within a HR or customer services environment
  • Process improvement skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
  • Attention to detail with strong prioritisation skills
  • Education to A level or equivalent
