Working within a large blue chip organisation, this role is to review and co-ordinate activities, communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as appropriate within a HR/Recruitment department.
- Scheduling interviews
- Offer letters
- Onboarding
- Managing the onboarding experience for new starters
- Data entry
- Provide compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork
- Manage the filing and storage of documentation
- Follow up on activities required by third party vendors
Successful candidates will have:
- Excellent operational customer service focus
- Shared services, analysis and data skills
- Experience in administrative/co-ordination within a HR or customer services environment
- Process improvement skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
