Working within a large blue chip organisation, this role is to review and co-ordinate activities, communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as appropriate within a HR/Recruitment department.

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Offer letters
  • Onboarding
  • Managing the onboarding experience for new starters
  • Data entry
  • Provide compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork
  • Manage the filing and storage of documentation
  • Follow up on activities required by third party vendors

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent operational customer service focus
  • Shared services, analysis and data skills
  • Experience in administrative/co-ordination within a HR or customer services environment
  • Process improvement skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
  • Attention to detail with strong prioritisation skills
  • Educated to A level or equivalent
