£14.74 PAYE £19.70 Umbrella Birmingham 6 months. Hybrid role. Working within a large blue chip organisation this role is to review and co-ordinate activities, communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as appropriate within a HR/Recruitment department. Hybrid role working Wed/Thurs in the office.
Duties include:
- Scheduling interviews
- Offer letters
- Onboarding
- Managing the onboarding experience for new starters
- Data entry
- Providing compensation proposals for internal offers
- Producing internal offer paperwork
- Managing the filing and storage of documentation
- Following up on activities required by third party vendors
Successful candidates will have:
- Excellent operational customer service focus
- Shared services, analysis and data skills
- Experience in administrative/co-ordination within a HR or customer services environment
- Process improvement skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
