The predicted salary is between 43000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team who support the business with Employee relations issues and cases focused on discipline, absence and performance management.

The role will be responsible for managing a case load of various complex ER matters, providing support for colleagues during difficult periods, effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence. The role also involves supporting managers to chair absence reviews, building relationships and influencing managers and key stakeholders, and making recommendations on appropriate case outcomes.

Candidates will have attention to detail, effective organizational and coaching skills, the ability to engage and support managers, the ability to work effectively under pressure with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, and good IT skills.
