As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help take us to the next level, one who combines creativity with analytical rigour, thrives on ownership, and can bring energy and precision to every campaign.

We are looking for a proactive, data-driven Marketing Manager to execute the brand and commercial strategy for Sarah Chapman. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, own the marketing calendar, and oversee BAU activity across channels. This role is ideal for someone bright, hands-on, and ambitious—ready to grow as the brand scales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Own the full marketing calendar, ensuring a balanced blend of seasonal campaigns, product launches, re-promotes, partnerships, retail activations, and brand moments. Keep all teams aligned on upcoming milestones and required deliverables.
  • Campaign Management: Lead 360 campaign planning and execution across all channels, ensuring the business has clear plans, timelines, and the assets required to deploy. Manage workflows, approvals, and cross-functional alignment throughout campaign development.
  • Briefing: Write clear, actionable briefs for creative, digital, PR, CS and agency partners. Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns to ensure they are on brand, on budget, and strategically aligned.
  • BAU Marketing: Manage ongoing marketing activity including content calendars, email, paid social, and in-store materials for both acquisition and retention. Build and maintain a bank of assets for brand storytelling, hero product marketing, and ongoing re-promotes.
