We’re looking for a Freelance Digital Designer to support the Sarah Chapman eCommerce team.
About the Brand: Uniquely positioned at the intersection of advanced science, sensorial luxury and clinical expertise, Sarah Chapman London is one of Britain’s most renowned luxury skincare brands, founded by globally respected facialist and industry authority Sarah Chapman. With over 25 years of clinical experience, Sarah’s deep understanding of skin health and product formulation has earned her the trust of some of the world’s most recognisable faces, and a global reputation as London’s most sought-after facialist.
This role will focus on designing conversion-led, premium creative across email, paid media, landing pages and on-site experiences. You’ll work closely with the eCommerce team to deliver high-quality design that balances luxury brand aesthetic with performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing email campaigns in Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, product launches, promos)
- Creating paid social and digital ad creative (Meta, Google, display)
- Designing landing pages and on-site campaign creative
- Supporting homepage updates and promotional site assets
- Developing conversion-focused design aligned to the trading calendar
- Maintaining a premium, luxury brand aesthetic across all touchpoints
- Collaborating with the eCommerce team on campaign concepts and testing
- Supporting quick-turnaround creative for launches and key trading moments
- Using AI tools to help scale and optimise creative production (where relevant)
We require someone who:
- Has strong experience designing for premium or luxury brands
- Understands eCommerce and conversion-focused design
- Has experience designing email (Klaviyo preferred)
- Is confident creating paid social ad creative
- Has a strong eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Can balance brand storytelling with performance
- Is comfortable working at pace and managing multiple campaigns
- Has experience using AI creative tools (a plus)
- Is London-based and able to spend time in our Chelsea office each week
