We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales leading therapist to join us on a full-time basis at SPACE NK BATH to offer our treatments at their brand-new location.
Job summary
To provide exemplary and exacting standards of treatment and customer care at Space NK, Bath. This role will suit a confident and polished individual who can bring a high level of customer service and excellent skills to their team. They will also have the opportunity to undertake substantial additional training. An amazing opportunity to work with the most prestigious brand in London alongside one of the most prominent therapists in the world.
This person must be retail savvy with a proven track record for selling with demonstrable KPI’s. They will be personable with a positive demeanour.
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- To give professional skincare advice to customers and promote available treatments including products, along with a full home care prescription.
- To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the Space NK Manager and team.
Skills & experience needed:
- Minimum 3 years beauty experience
- A Beauty Therapy qualification at level 3 or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent treatment capabilities
- Advanced understanding of skin and skincare treatments and products
- A genuine passion for skincare, both treatment and product
- Impeccable polished presentation is key.
- Humble, resilient, honest, reliable and empathetic
