Recognising the advanced skillset of medically trained practitioners, and how their services would complement the existing portfolio of treatments, Sarah hand-selected a team of some of the industry’s most respected experts. These specialists provide doctor-led dermatological treatments; advanced aesthetic services (including lasers, rejuvenating peels and injectables, all skilfully performed for superlatively natural results); and bespoke nutritional and supplementation advice. This approach promotes healthy, glowing skin from both the inside, and the outside.
The Clinic has now passed CQC registration and has been approved to provide medical services, which will be performed by an experienced dermatologist. Skinesis Medical fulfils Sarah’s long-held ambition that 259 Pavilion Road in Chelsea become synonymous with “the ultimate destination for skin health.”
This person will be highly organised, have superb interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of the aesthetic/medical industry. They will be polished, friendly, and articulate. This would ideally suit an individual who may have had a clinical or a therapy background who enjoys administrative tasks, loves guest liaison and is a real people person.

Responsibilities:
• Booking treatments and dermatology procedures
• Answering the phone and responding to email
• Facilitating a seamless customer and patient journey
• Retailing product lines
• Assisting dermal therapists together with the medical team operationally
Requirements:
• Level 1/2/3/4 - Beauty Therapy or Medical Diplomas or Qualifications would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Pabau/CQC would also be beneficial but are not essential
• Minimum good basic education at diploma level would be preferred
• Experience working in this role for similar prominent establishments with exacting clientele, accustomed to VIP’s and delivering an esteemed service
• A personable individual with a positive demeanour
• Meticulous attention to detail, methodical, able to work in a very busy environment, able to prioritise effectively and be a very good communicator
• Excellent administrative skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP)
