You become the face of Saragossa for some of the most recognised names in capital markets, private equity and buy-side finance.

The role involves owning the service delivery relationship across a portfolio of financial services clients. This means running governance, chairing service reviews, tracking SLAs and KPIs, and holding every engagement to the standard Saragossa is known for. You will spot issues early, drive the fix, and stay ahead of each client's priorities. This is a multi-account role where you apply consistent ITIL-aligned frameworks while navigating the individual demands and personalities that come with each relationship.

You will also carry a commercial lens, knowing your clients well enough to spot where Saragossa can do more, and you are comfortable having that conversation.

This position could be suitable for either a client-focused Service Delivery/Account Manager or for somebody currently working in a lead IT/Service Delivery role for a single client.

What you bring:
