Help mature security engineering at an Investment Management firm, taking ownership of projects focused on securing identity, devices, and cloud platforms across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead security initiatives end-to-end in a predominantly Microsoft-focused environment, shaping how IAM and Cloud Security controls are designed and implemented.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to improve detection and response and support investigations.
- Be comfortable diving into unfamiliar systems, applying experience from different environments, and making recommendations that affect the wider organisation.
- Act as a self-starter who seeks ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape cloud and identity security in a growing firm.
Qualifications
- Hands-on security engineering experience with a focus on identity and access management (IAM) and cloud security.
- Experience in a Microsoft-focused environment.
- Ability to work with external vendors and coordinate security initiatives across teams.

Location & Benefits
This is 3 days a week on-site in their London office, with a base salary in a guide range of £80-100k plus performance-related bonus and a range of benefits including private healthcare, enhanced annual leave, and various flexible benefits. You’ll qualify for more benefits as your tenure increases.
