They are looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Lead to join the Client Services team. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who is a recognised expert in trading operations and derivatives, and who enjoys owning complex problems, improving processes, and delivering outstanding client service.
This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting trading activity across a broad range of products with a particular focus on Rates, FX, and Credit. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning trade capture, lifecycle event management, P&L and risk issue resolution, and service delivery against agreed SLAs. You will work closely with portfolio managers, traders, sell-side counterparties, and internal technology and product teams.
In addition to daily oversight, you will play a key role in process improvement, automation, and new business initiatives, helping shape how the platform and operating model evolve.
