Product Delivery Manager - Fintech (Treasury) - Up to £100,000

Own the full product delivery journey at a fast-moving fintech solving a real problem for finance teams.

Giving finance teams a unified view of global cash and better control over their foreign-exchange exposure.

It brings together banking connectivity, payments, treasury data, forecasting and FX into a single platform.

Most businesses still manage all of this through fragmented systems and manual processes, so the commercial relevance here is real and immediate.

You own the full journey from customer need through to release and adoption.

You are not just managing a backlog or running standups.

You are shaping how product delivery works across the whole company, working closely with Engineering and QA, and making sure the right things get built and shipped well.

You report directly to the CTO and work alongside the founders.

At a company of around 20 people, that means faster decisions, genuine visibility and the opportunity to influence product strategy rather than just execute it.

Your input matters here in a way it probably does not at a larger organisation.

The equity is real too. Offering EMI equity, so if the company grows, you grow with it.

You bring a background in treasury, whether that is FX, banking, payments or cash management.

You understand the domain and can hold a credible conversation with finance teams about the problems they are trying to solve.

You also have strong product delivery experience working across Engineering and QA, and you can be in London two days a week.

The salary is up to £100,000, depending on your background, plus equity and hybrid working.

Ready to own something that actually matters?
