Platform Engineer - Trading Firm - Up to £110,000

This is a smaller setup, which means you actually feel the impact of your work.
You are not a number. You are working closely with Traders and Portfolio Managers, picking up real business knowledge that most engineers in a purely technical role never get close to.
Day to day, you are maintaining the infrastructure that keeps a global trading operation running.
You are working with AWS, EKS, Terraform, Ansible and Python, supporting the platforms that the business depends on. The problems are interesting, the pace is fast, and the people around you are sharp. You will learn a lot here.
Whilst there may be some project work, this position is 90% support focused. You'll need to have worked within an Investment environment, and ideally have supported senior stakeholders, including Traders and PM's.
The engineers in this team genuinely care about what they are building. That makes a real difference when you are trying to do your best work.
On top of a salary up to £110,000 you get a bonus, private healthcare, an onsite gym and an onsite doctor. You also have the flexibility of hybrid working, so you are not in five days a week unless you want to be.
