This leading Investment Management firm is looking for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join their HR technology function.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear, functional specifications for Oracle HCM.
- Collaborate with HR, Technology and Operations teams to optimise processes and support system configuration.
- Conduct gap analysis, document workflows and manage updates to HCM modules.
- Troubleshoot issues, support UAT activities and ensure data integrity across the platform.
- Drive enhancements and continuous improvement within Core HR, Recruiting and related processes.
