You'll own the infrastructure that powers frontier AI systems. You're joining a 15-person AI infrastructure startup that's just secured tens of millions in funding. Every single person here is an engineer. No bloat, no politics, just PhDs and the sharpest technical minds you'll work with.
You'll be building brownfield and greenfield systems that handle cutting-edge inference and infrastructure challenges at the frontier of what's possible. This is genuine engineering ownership. You'll shape core architecture, product decisions, and technical strategy from day one. The intellectual bar is exceptionally high, the structure is flat, and you'll have the autonomy to make meaningful decisions that matter.
If you've been stuck maintaining legacy systems or dealing with red tape, this is the opposite. No explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. No layers of approval. Just smart people solving hard problems together.
You'll need strong Golang, real AWS experience, solid knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana, and hands-on Kubernetes expertise. That's it. If you've got those and you want to work on genuinely difficult problems, you'll fit.
