Service Delivery Manager β Financial Services | London
You become the face of Saragossa for some of the most recognised names in capital markets, private equity and buy-side finance.
The role
You own the service delivery relationship across a portfolio of financial services clients. That means running governance, chairing service reviews, tracking SLAs and KPIs, and holding every engagement to the standard Saragossa is known for. You spot issues early, drive the fix, and stay ahead of each client's priorities.
This is a multi-account role. You apply consistent ITIL-aligned frameworks while navigating the individual demands and personalities that come with each relationship β it keeps the work varied and keeps you sharp.
You will also carry a commercial lens. You know your clients well enough to spot where Saragossa can do more, and you are comfortable having that conversation.
This position could be suitable for either a client-focused Service Delivery/Account Manager, or for somebody currently working in a lead IT/Service Delivery role for a single client.
What you bring
- Solid experience in IT service delivery or managed services
- A track record managing multiple client accounts or service portfolios simultaneously
- Confidence across incident, problem, change and service level management
- Ability to present performance data to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform - Desirable
