This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing London where your work will be visible, valued, and genuinely shape how the firm operates.
You're not maintaining someone else's roadmap here.
You're defining it.
Day to day, you'll be designing and deploying production-grade Gen AI and automation solutions across deal teams and specialist functions.
You'll integrate LLMs into real business workflows, build out prompt design and evaluation frameworks, and deliver automation that actually gets used.
The work is varied, the stakeholders are senior, and the impact is immediate.
You'll work in Azure, managing secure deployment, access controls, and production support.
You'll run weekly feedback syncs that keep you close to the business and make sure what you're building lands well.
You'll move between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, often in the same week.
The firm is collaborative and direct. There's no sprawling hierarchy to navigate. You engage with the people who make decisions, and they engage with you.
You'll bring strong hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms, practical Python for integration and automation tasks, and a track record of deploying Gen AI solutions in production environments.
You're comfortable working independently, managing your own priorities, and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders who care about outcomes, not technical jargon.
