Infrastructure & Support Engineer – Insurance – Up to £55k + Bonus – Hybrid

It’s an exciting time to join. The firm has recently secured backing from a prestigious private equity investor, fuelling ambitious plans to scale the business – and with that, to elevate the technology landscape and expand the IT team.
You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative group that’s managed to keep its family feel even as the company has grown internationally.
This will be a hands-on technical role offering real variety – a 50/50 mix of engineering projects and BAU support that will naturally evolve into a full engineering focus as the team scales. If you’ve got a “no job too big, no job too small” attitude, you’ll feel right at home here.
You’ll gain exposure across the full technology stack – from infrastructure, networking, and security through to end-user compute – and contribute to projects that truly make an impact. There may even be opportunities to travel to the firm’s international offices.

- Strong experience in Windows environments
- Expertise in virtualisation technologies (Horizon preferred, others relevant)
- Understanding of Cisco networking
