Infrastructure and Support Engineer – Insurance – Up to £55k + Bonus – Hybrid

You will join a close-knit, collaborative group that maintains a family feel as the company grows internationally. This is a hands-on role offering a 50/50 mix of engineering projects and BAU support, with potential evolution into a full engineering focus as the team scales.
You will gain exposure across the full technology stack—from infrastructure, networking, and security to end-user compute—and contribute to projects that make a real impact. There may also be opportunities to travel to the firm’s international offices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a hands-on engineering and BAU support blend, contributing to both projects and daily operations
- Work across the full technology stack: infrastructure, networking, and security to end-user compute
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and maintain IT solutions

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Windows environments
- Expertise in virtualization technologies (Horizon preferred; others relevant acceptable)
- Understanding of Cisco networking
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
