You are the person shaping enterprise-wide architecture across the whole business. The platform is new. The architecture is yours to define. You will set the standards, build the frameworks and make sure adoption actually happens across a federated organisation. That takes influence, not authority, and you know how to make that work.
You will be drawing on a strong grounding in business architecture, capability modelling, target operating models and value stream mapping. You understand the vendor and technology landscape in asset management. Capital markets and financial instruments are not new territory for you.
You have led or played a central role in enterprise-wide transformation inside a regulated financial services firm. You know how to bring senior stakeholders along with you and you know how to drive outcomes when you do not hold the budget.
