Ever thought about engineering platforms on a global scale? Help modernise the core infrastructure behind one of the world’s most dynamic trading organisations. You’ll be taking decades of traditional infrastructure and evolving it into a modern, hybrid platform that spans on-prem, Azure, and AWS. You’ll be part of a high-calibre group in London, building the foundations that keep trading systems running at peak performance.

You’ll be hands-on with Python, Ansible, and Terragrunt, shaping CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and driving observability with cutting-edge tooling. It’s fast-paced, technical, and rewarding. You’ll have real ownership, exposure to critical systems, and the freedom to solve complex problems in an environment that values engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Modernise the core infrastructure behind one of the world’s most dynamic trading organisations, evolving traditional infrastructure into a modern, hybrid platform spanning on-prem, Azure, and AWS.
• Be hands-on with Python, Ansible, and Terragrunt; shape CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins; drive observability with cutting-edge tooling.
• Operate in a fast-paced, technical environment with ownership of critical systems and complex problem-solving.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in DevOps engineering or platform engineering for large-scale trading or investment technology environments.
• Proficiency with Python, Ansible, Terragrunt; CI/CD with Jenkins; observability tooling.
• Experience across on-prem, Azure, and AWS.

Compensation and Benefits

• £110,000 + discretionary bonus
• 4x days onsite + 1 day WFH
