You’ll be part of a newly launched business unit at a formative stage, giving you the opportunity to shape both the engineering culture and the technical direction from the ground up.
Based full-time onsite in Newcastle, you’ll be working within a small, high-calibre team focused on creating robust, scalable infrastructure to support complex, performance-critical systems.
Expect a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work with modern tooling like Terraform, Kubernetes, and the ELK stack, while writing scripts in Python, PowerShell, or similar to drive automation, scale, and efficiency across the platform.
You\’ll be involved in everything from architecture decisions to deployment pipelines, solving real-world problems that impact the performance of live trading environments.
The environment is fast-moving, agile, and deeply technical.
You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and the chance to work closely with hedge fund clients who expect and value engineering excellence.
