- Respond to traders on the floor, resolve issues quickly during trading hours.
- Handle administrative tasks with full systems admin access, avoiding unnecessary escalation.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar small or mid‑size tech environment, preferably a financial or hedge‑fund setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Azure, Active Directory.
- Basic PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience with virtualization and networking is a huge plus.
- Hybrid model: must be comfortable working both on‑site and remotely.
