This investment group is at a turning point. They are bringing technology in house and building out their AI and data capability for the first time. You are the first dedicated hire to own this. There is no inherited mess to untangle, you set the direction.
Day to day you are working directly with the CTO and CFO, shaping how AI and data are used across the business. You are building Copilot Studio agents, owning data lake ingestion, and automating processes that make a real difference to how the business operates. You are not executing someone else's roadmap. You are writing it.
The culture here is fast paced but genuinely collaborative. People move quickly and back each other. You will have direct access to the CEO and CFO, which means your work gets seen and your decisions get made. There are no layers slowing you down.
This is a hybrid role, so you have flexibility in how you work, and the kind of autonomy that most people in technical roles spend years trying to earn.
You have hands on experience building Copilot Studio agents and working with data lake ingestion. You understand architecture and know how to automate processes across a business. You are comfortable in a room with non-technical stakeholders and confident influencing how decisions get made. You thrive when you are building something from scratch rather than maintaining what already exists.
You are self-assured, commercially minded, and ready to own something properly.
