For Companies Are you looking for your next CISO position where you can make an immediate impact from day one? This is a small bank, not a Tier 1, meaning that you'll get plenty of autonomy and responsibility immediately. You'll be working with a small security team, where your first task will be to assess the situation, see what needs to be done and then get to work.
Yes, it's a CISO position, but you'll also need to be hands on. The scope of this role will be pretty broad. From policies and compliance, to managing vendors and of course, working closely with the board to deliver on cyber security goals.
In your first few months, there's a small team already in place. You'll be able to come in and get a lay of the land, understanding the skills of the team and what policies and protocols are currently being used. Once you've made this assessment, you'll want to put in place the future roadmap for the team. You'll be backed to do what you feel is right.
You’ll need to be a seasoned leader in cyber security with a strong history and track record of making an impact in a regulated environment. You’ll need a strong understanding of risk and compliance (DORA, etc).
This is a small bank, with a number of interesting cyber initiatives in place that you’ll oversee and decide on changes. This is London based, 4 days in office, with ambitions to grow quickly in the next few years.
