Principal Business Analyst / Design Lead

We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst / Design Lead to shape the future operating model and technology estate for a client-focused business function.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and realise technology opportunities.
- Design future operating models, processes and technology capabilities.
- Translate strategic ideas into realistic, actionable designs and roadmaps.
- Lead workshops, create alignment and constructively challenge assumptions.
- Bridge business needs, platform capabilities and delivery teams.
- Support delivery to ensure the intended design outcomes are achieved.
Experience Required
- Senior Business Analysis or Design Lead experience in a client, technology or client-business environment.
- Strong platform or systems expertise and solid Business Analysis capability.
- Experience designing operating models and future-state technology environments.
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Previous delivery experience, ensuring designs are practical and achievable.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is advantageous but not essential.
