Would you be interested in utilising your technical understanding and experience to drive AI adoption? This position is with a leading FinTech bank in London and it is a huge priority for the business. You will work closely with over 80 developers in the business to help them utilise AI coding tools like Codex, Claude, etc. You will help develop prototypes and POCs, looking at ways of getting the best out of the vibe coding tools.
It is important for you to have come from a technical engineering background but nowadays prefer the strategic side in technology as this role won’t necessarily have a lot of engineering involved.
From a compensation perspective, you can earn up to £120,000 plus a discretionary bonus and benefits. You can go into the office 2-3 days per week.
