Job Overview

Lead and support annual compensation events (salary and bonus reviews), conduct data analysis, manage reward activities, and support both international and UK compensation activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of the international annual salary and bonus review, ensuring successful implementation and administration of the firm’s compensation programmes.
  • Prepare compensation models, reports and analytics to support annual processes and ad‑hoc requests.
  • Be responsible for the market data survey submission, benchmarking and analysis.
  • Undertake job evaluation of roles to support UK and international processes.
  • Lead and support compensation and wider HR projects, both UK and international in scope.
  • Provide analytical support to the UK Reward Manager, undertaking activities such as gender pay analysis, changes to the real living wage, budgeting, salary structures, market data benchmarking, and gap‑to‑market analysis.
  • Assist with maintenance of the compensation policies and processes in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Partner with international HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders, acting as a subject‑matter expert to ensure Reward is seen as a visible partner that is relevant to the wider strategic agenda.

About You

  • Accomplished Reward analyst with practical experience of salary and bonus reviews, market data benchmarking and compensation/HR systems.
  • High level of proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts and graphs) and good PowerPoint and report‑writing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply specific knowledge to provide solutions, respond positively, and overcome barriers.
  • Can work to tight deadlines and under pressure, organizing time effectively to deliver.
  • Encourages teamwork and shares collaboration to build a strong team spirit.
  • Able to operate effectively, building relationships with stakeholders within a larger, international HR team in a matrixed, partnership environment.
