This multifaceted position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in managing, coordinating, and supporting tender processes across international markets. The Global Tender Administrator will ensure that all submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant, supporting the business in securing critical opportunities and driving growth.The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. They will also bring a proactive mindset to streamline processes, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the tendering function.Responsibilities working with the business development senior manager to support and manage global tendersmanaging the provision of access for global team members to our secure online SharePoint resources and global pursuit sitessupporting and train new users in the use of the online tools and processescontinuously reviewing the functionality and effectiveness of all web-based tools, and help with the testing and implementation of new featuresgenerating and distributing company research for global tenders including Orbis company reportsoverseeing and assisting with the population of our online pricing model for global tenders to build timely global fee quotescollecting, reviewing and scrutinising fee rates using agreed assessment criteria and analytical tools, including making sure fee rates are up to datepreparing foreign exchange rates in our online pricing modelsupport pursuit teams with key bid information, including CVs, global facts and statistics and industry informationmonitoring the progress and results of all global tenders with Global Engagement Leadersrecording detailed company information and results of pursuits and manage the global pipeline and win/loss PowerBI reportsQualifications and skills Numeracy – strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency using Spreadsheets and other software to analyse data.Literacy – strong English language written and oral communication skills, preferably with experience dealing with colleagues from around the world.Organisation – organisational skills, able to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadlines.Technology – comfortable with common business software packages, and preferably experience with SharePoint, Power BI or similar software.Diligent – conscientiousness in delivering high quality work to required timescales.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to become a trusted expert within a business-critical function, operating across a wide variety of international tender projects.
