The main focus of the role will include:
- Advising clients on the most suitable mortgage products based on their needs and financial circumstances.
- Handling inbound, qualified leads.
- Managing the end-to-end mortgage process from enquiry through to completion.
- Working with a range of lenders across residential, buy-to-let, and specialist mortgage markets.
- Maintaining strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service throughout the process.
- Ensuring all compliance, documentation, and regulatory checks are completed accurately.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide clients with broader financial solutions where appropriate.
- Continuously developing product knowledge and staying up to date with market changes.
