Are you looking for a varied People and Payroll role where no two days are the same? We’re partnering with a highly respected global professional services business to find a People & Payroll Executive who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle in a hands-on, broad role.

Unlike highly specialised positions, this role offers exposure to a wide range of People and Payroll activities, from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, benefits administration, employee relations support, and process improvement. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for employees and managers alike.

  • Managing employee records, contracts, starters, leavers, and employee data, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee People queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of People policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Preparing and processing accurate monthly payroll information, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Uploading monthly pension data and liaising with pension providers.
  • Assisting with the preparation of international payrolls for review and sign-off.
  • Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy across all People processes.
  • Supporting a variety of People projects and business initiatives as required.

Previous experience in a People, HR, Payroll, or People & Payroll role. Experience supporting payroll administration and a good understanding of UK payroll processes. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles. Broad, varied role with exposure across both People and Payroll.

Excellent benefits package, including 28 days holiday. Flexible hybrid working with just one day per week in the office.
