A dynamic and prestigious Wealth Management company, with a national presence, is seeking an aspiring Financial Adviser to step into a role with an established client base and a clear pathway to full advisory responsibility. We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in wealth management, ideally Diploma qualified (or close to completion), to join the team as a Trainee Financial Adviser. This role offers the opportunity to inherit and support an existing client bank while continuing to develop the technical expertise and confidence required to become a fully authorised adviser.
The Opportunity
- You will work closely with senior advisers, supporting the management of an established portfolio of clients while gradually building your own relationships.
- This is a rare opportunity to transition into an advisory role with immediate client exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of an existing client bank, building strong and lasting client relationships.
- Attend client meetings alongside advisers, with a view to taking on your own clients over time.
- Assist in delivering advice across investments, pensions and protection.
- Prepare suitability reports and recommendations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support client outcomes.
- Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and compliant with regulatory standards.
