A dynamic and prestigious Wealth Management company based on the south coast are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in this newly created role. The Senior Financial Planning Support Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the financial planning team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient client onboarding, accurate data management, smooth new business processing and consistently high standards of client service.
The main focus of the role will include:
- Onboard new clients, including completion of AML checks, issuing ATR Qs and setting up access to the client portal.
- Work directly with clients to obtain Letters of Authority.
- Gather accurate policy and valuation information and collate data for the back-office system and policy information schedules (RPQ).
- Submit new business and manage diaries through to completion, investment and final sign-off.
- Prepare and coordinate annual review documentation to support Financial Planners.
- Liaise with clients throughout the new business and account-opening process.
- Attend client meetings when required.
- Maintain clear, comprehensive notes to ensure recommended actions are followed through.
To succeed in this role, the individual will need:
- Knowledge of investment platforms such as Transact, Fidelity, Elevate (or similar).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Good understanding of financial services regulation and compliance requirements.
