An exciting opportunity to join a genuinely collaborative and welcoming team, where your ideas will be valued and your impact felt from day one. This newly created role sits at the heart of a global professional services business, offering the chance to help shape the direction of the press office function as it continues to evolve. You’ll work closely with a supportive Senior PR Manager and a network of subject matter experts across the organisation, giving you real exposure and the opportunity to influence how the business shows up in the media globally. If you’re someone who enjoys working as part of a team, sharing ideas, and building something together, rather than simply executing, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with the Senior PR Manager and wider teams to produce press releases, media statements, executive commentary, and articles aligned to key campaigns.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and pitch compelling content, building strong relationships with sector media contacts.
  • Acting as a key point of coordination for incoming media enquiries, working closely with subject matter experts to deliver timely and effective responses.
  • Working as part of the press office team to monitor, analyse, and share insights on media coverage and sentiment.
  • Supporting the creation and management of media lists and tools to ensure effective content planning and delivery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to monitor social media, identify opportunities for proactive content, and help protect and enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Contributing to social media content creation, amplifying leadership insights, reports, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Supporting the development of a social media strategy aligned to business priorities, working closely with stakeholders to bring it to life.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a busy press office or PR agency environment.
  • Experience using media monitoring and social media management tools.
  • A background in professional services is beneficial but not essential.
  • A natural collaborator who enjoys working with others and building strong relationships.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on sharing ideas and shaping engaging stories.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and impactful role where you’ll work closely with a supportive team, gain exposure across a wide range of projects, and contribute to the success of a well-respected business. Alongside a generous benefits package (including 28 days’ holiday and hybrid working), you’ll be joining a culture that values collaboration, openness, and shared success.
