  • Creating an exceptional, consistent client experience across the organisation.
  • Using data, insight and customer feedback to influence strategic decisions.
  • Championing digital transformation, AI and marketing technology to improve effectiveness.
  • Developing meaningful performance measures to track growth and commercial success.
  • Leading and developing an international marketing and business development function.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

About you

  • Significant executive leadership experience within marketing, commercial, growth or business development functions.
