The Events Producer (Public, Matchdays) is responsible for the operational planning and delivery of Saracens matchdays and the stadium's programme of public and participation events hosted at StoneX Stadium. This includes responsibility for the operational delivery of:
- athletics competitions and school sports days
- rugby camps and participation events
- youth festivals and community sporting events
- other public events hosted at the stadium
The role sits at the centre of the stadium's public events programme and combines event production, operational planning and stakeholder coordination to ensure events are delivered safely and to a high operational standard. Working under the direction of the Events Director, the Events Producer oversees the delivery of matchdays, athletics competitions, participation programmes and public events, ensuring these activities are effectively integrated within the stadium events calendar. The role provides day-to-day leadership to the delivery team responsible for public events and sports events.

Key Responsibilities
Matchday Production
Lead the operational planning and delivery of Saracens matchdays. Responsibilities include:
- producing matchday run-of-show plans
- coordinating stadium logistics and operational planning
- overseeing fan engagement activations and matchday experiences
- coordinating broadcast operations and production partners
Ensure matchdays are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high operational standard.
Athletics & Sports Event Programme Management
Oversee the stadium's athletics events programme including:
- athletics competitions
- athletics club meetings
Coordinate scheduling of athletics events within the stadium calendar and ensure facilities and operational resources are prepared for event delivery. Act as the primary operational contact for athletics stakeholders including:
- Barnet & District Athletics Club
- participating schools
- athletics event organisers
Ensure strong relationships are maintained and athletics events are delivered to the required operational and safety standards. Oversee the delivery of participation events hosted at StoneX Stadium including:
- rugby camps
Coordinate delivery of participation programmes with the Next Generation Engagement Manager and ensure these events integrate effectively with the stadium events calendar. Direct delivery responsibilities of the Sports Delivery & Matchday Events Executive and Events Executive (Public, Matchdays).
Public Event Delivery
Support the planning and delivery of public events hosted at StoneX Stadium including concerts, festivals and community events. Responsibilities include:
- developing operational event plans and timelines
- coordinating site layouts and infrastructure requirements
- managing suppliers and production partners
Operational Leadership
Provide operational leadership to the public events delivery team. Responsibilities include:
- directing event delivery activity of the Events Executive and Sports Delivery & Matchday Events Executive
- coordinating with stadium operations teams
- ensuring appropriate staffing and operational planning across events
Support the Events Director in maintaining a safe, compliant and well-managed stadium events programme.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience producing live events or large-scale sporting events
