About this Role
We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our increasing Grow and Thrive team. The successful candidates will be passionate about working with young people and preferably have knowledge of the local area or a similar area.
We offer exceptional training and development opportunities. We will offer extensive support and guidance to help you achieve your aspirations while you help the children achieve theirs. You may work across the school, or specialise within an identified subject area where you will be supporting and learning from others. The ability to specialise in literacy would be welcome, but not necessary.
Perhaps you want to become a teacher, an educational psychologist, an expert in speech and language or EAL, or another education-based career and are looking for that special school to gain some experience in an education setting. We have a track record of developing people in the direction they want to go, whether it is remaining within our Grow and Thrive team, growing within the Saracens family, or moving elsewhere.
