Our portfolio includes the UK’s favourite cheese, Cathedral City, the UK’s No. 1 dairy spread, Clover, alongside other well-known brands such as Country Life, Utterly Butterly and Frylight, as well as dairy ingredients, speciality cheeses, dairy-free products and an Award winning Visitor Centre.
In this role, you will be supporting Cathedral City, Wensleydale and Davidstow marketing leads in developing and executing the overall brand/marketing strategies, and activation plans, that will accelerate Saputo’s growth within UK and International markets. This role is based at our Weybridge office, with the option to work from home up to one day per week based on business need. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Weybridge office a minimum of 4 days per week.
Work pattern: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week.
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
- Optimising paid channels (social and search) across the cheese portfolio continuously testing creatives to drive stronger performance from upper-funnel brand awareness through to lower-funnel conversion.
- Working closely with brand leads and external partners to brief and iterate ad creative, ensuring campaigns are constantly improving and aligned to commercial objectives.
- Tracking and reporting on content performance, analysing data and translating into actionable insights to help optimise the overall plan.
- Championing best practice in digital media across the business.
- Supporting to step-change our competitiveness and impact in a fast-moving digital landscape through proactive optimisation, competitor insight and trend awareness.
- Supporting the Marketing Managers and rest of the team in developing a 3–5-year brand plan to accelerate growth.
- Bringing the in-year Brand/Marketing plans to life internally and externally as part of the annual brand cycle.
YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE…
- Some experience working with paid and owned social campaigns (either in-house or agency).
- A passion for food, marketing and brand building.
- The ability to work confidently in platform backends.
- Experience with interpreting performance data and shaping strategies.
- The organisation skills to manage multiple campaign types simultaneously across branded portfolios.
- The confidence to influence stakeholders and hold agencies to account.
- The ability to travel to our Hawes site in Yorkshire at least once a quarter.
