We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators. This is a varied role involving manual handling and heavy lifting in some areas, alongside machine setting and running machinery, with progression into fault finding and front-line maintenance of both mechanical and electronic machinery such as HMI screens and PLC systems. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment, where your contributions matter.

YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
  • Running, cleaning and setting up factory equipment
  • Operating and monitoring cutting and packing machines to maintain smooth and efficient production flow
  • Carrying out 30-minute quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and compliance to standards
  • Working with the rest of the shift team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards
  • Ensuring adherence to health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Identifying and reporting any equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime
  • Maintaining accurate records of quality checks and production data
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…
  • Have hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery, ideally in a food manufacturing or high-care environment
  • Understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards and follow them diligently
  • Are detail and quality-focused, with the ability to carry out regular checks and maintain accurate records
