This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contributions matter.
You will make contributions that matter by:
- Running, cleaning and setting up the factory equipment.
- Operating and monitoring cutting and packing machines to maintain smooth and efficient production flow.
- Carrying out 30-minute quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and compliance to standards.
- Working with the rest of the shift team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
- Ensuring adherence to health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Identifying and reporting any equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Maintaining accurate records of quality checks and production data.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery, ideally in a food manufacturing or high-care environment.
- Understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards and follow them diligently.
- Are detail and quality-focused, with the ability to carry out regular checks and maintain accurate records.
