Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, days, and nights in blocks of 3 shifts across the 7-day week, alternating 6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am shifts.

Salary: £31,310.04

YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

  • Working alongside experienced personnel to grow our leading brands in butters, spreads, and spray oils.
  • Carrying out a variety of manual handling tasks, machine operations, yield understanding & control, line set up.
  • Operation of filling and packing machines using machinery and materials handling equipment where necessary to meet all Health and Safety, Quality, Plan and Cost requirements.
  • Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) (Training will be provided).

  • Have hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery, ideally in a food manufacturing or high-care environment.
  • Understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards and follow them diligently.

  • Can work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to meet production targets and maintain high standards.
