About the role
Position: Category Professional
Location: Weybridge office (UK) – up to one day per week remote, minimum four days onsite.
Work pattern: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key UK retailers, providing category management expertise across product, pricing, promotions, range and merchandising.
- Lead strategic projects externally and internally, such as Range Reviews, NPD Launches and Category Strategies.
- Build strong, credible relationships with retail partners and cross‑functional teams.
- Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights that drive growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Category Management with a strong record of success.
- Motivated to develop further and confident building relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability, using data to influence decisions and tell compelling stories.
- Experience working with major data sources (e.g. Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Kantar/Numerator, retailer systems).
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Proactive, hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
