YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
- Leading the 1–3-year business plan for Davidstow and Private Label with full P&L and budget ownership
- Developing and executing insight-led brand strategies to achieve market, brand, and financial KPIs
- Driving NPD projects and creating compelling selling stories to win distribution and engage customers
- Managing integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce Davidstow’s premium positioning
- Presenting brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within food or drink
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L interpretation and budget management
- Ability to bring a brand to life through creative storytelling and innovative marketing approaches
- Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Interest in NPD and packaging design (preferred but not essential)
