Working in our award‑winning visitor experience centre in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, you will provide a memorable and enjoyable visit to all our customers whilst exceeding expectations, by providing a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service. Our Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre in Hawes welcomes around 300 thousand visitors per year and is the flagship of Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, showcased through our fabulous Visitor Experience, Cheese Shop, Gift Shop, Calvert’s Restaurant & 1897 Coffee Shop.
Work pattern: part‑time option – working alternate weekends and one weekday every week. Full time and seasonal options also available. Typical working hours – 8.30am – 5pm with flexible hours available.
