Role Purpose
We are seeking a reliable and detailâfocused Process Operator to support our ALDI and Lidl copacking operations at our Bute Island site. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, safely, and in line with agreed specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack ALDI and Lidl mixed cases in line with approved packing guides and customer specifications
- Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for road transport
- Use handheld scanners to scan, book out, and confirm finished goods pallets
- Maintain accurate product traceability and complete required production and stock records
- Monitor and count workâinâprogress (WIP) and packaging materials to support daily and weekly production
- Support general warehouse and copacking duties as required
- Work safely at all times, following site procedures, food safety standards, and health & safety requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or production environment is desirable (full training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastâpaced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically capable of handling products safely
- Comfortable working in a chill store environment (PPE and protective clothing provided)
