This is a key role within a production environment where we primarily make a range of dairy‑free products, including Sheese, Cathedral City products, and retailer own brands.
After the day of production, there is a requirement for methodical deep cleaning of the various lines and pieces of equipment used within the processes. Before we can produce again the next day, it is important we ensure high levels of hygiene. This work will include:
- Ensuring equipment is secure and safely turned off
- Taking machinery apart
- Using different cleaning products and chemicals
- Conducting some environmental tests
- Organising equipment to be put back together in the morning for production to start the next day
Shift pattern: 6pm to 2.40am
