Saputo Nuneaton is recruiting an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding plant on a 4 on / 4 off shift.

You’ll maintain and improve automated packaging lines, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and support new line deployments alongside a multi-skilled team.

Experience with TPM, CMMS and lean manufacturing will help you optimise performance and reduce downtime across two production areas, using fault-finding methods and data to drive improvements.
