About the Role
We’re looking for two dynamic National Account Managers to join our team: one focused on Convenience and the other on High Street Discounters.
Contributions that Matter
- Leading SDUK contact for either Convenience or High Street Discounters, holding full P&L responsibility across a diverse portfolio.
- Developing, negotiating, and delivering annual business plans aligned with SDUK’s strategic goals.
- Leading commercial negotiations, ensuring volume and margin performance meets or exceeds budget expectations.
- Building and nurturing cross‑functional relationships internally and externally to support long‑term business growth.
- Supporting the development and execution of category programs, promotional plans, and NPD initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management within an FMCG environment, ideally with Own Label exposure.
- Confidence in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing complex commercial discussions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, both internally and customer‑facing.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and translate them into creative, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
